Application Process


Application Process Please click on the link below to download the application form.  Please note that this form is in pdf format. Complete the application and submit it in person with the necessary documents. Admission will only be finalized after all relevant paperwork has been completed and received by the Administration.
Please note that students applying for grade 10 (1st Year IGCSE) should have obtained above 90% in 3rd Prep. (Idadeya)

  To apply for your child, you need present the following to the School Administration:

1.              Completed Application Form
2.              Computerised birth certificate
3.              Twelve photos
4.              Previous School Report Cards
5.              Report Cards in Arabic from the Ministry of Education, stamped with the Ministry stamp

6.              A letter of transfer from the previous school (Upon Acceptance)
Upon receiving the above documents, an appointment will be set for your child to take a placement test in both English and Math followed by an interview with the principal. Both parents and the child need to be present.  (Upon acceptance, a letter of transfer from the previous school needs to be handed to the school).

Please be informed of the Ministry of Education requirements:

  # Egyptian and Arab students are required by law to take Arabic, Religious Studies, and Egyptian Social Studies government exams. Testing will be done at school and compulsory government testing by the Ministry of Education will occur in Grades 3, Grade 6, Grade 9, Grade 11, and Grade 12.

  # All Arabic previous report cards (Bayan Nagah) need to be from the Idara Taalimeya, stamped with the government stamp.

  # For Egyptian students who have spent schooling years abroad, their report cards need to be stamped by the Ministry of Education, or the Consulate in Egypt, of the country he/she had studied in, AND the Egyptian Government stamp (either from the Egyptian Consulate in the foreign country, or the Foreign Affairs here in Egypt).  After that they need to get a letter of "Egyptian Returning from Abroad" (Masri A'id men al Kharig).

   # Non-Egyptian students need to get a letter of "Ilhaq Wafid" which states that he is a non-Egyptian enrolling in our school, accompanied by a letter "Khitab Istitlaa' Amn".
